Annual filings get 90 days after the end of the fiscal year. The end of the fiscal year was 10/31. That gives until January 31 to file and still be on time.
CEO DID misspeak when he called it a quarter, but the 4th quarter is always part of the annual, so it could NEVER have been true. Give the man a break - he slipped. He didn't PROMISE a fricking thing. He is no liar, and you are an asshole for calling him one.
