After reading through the 10q for ALPC, a "subsidiary" of OCFN and seeing that the guy OCFN put in charge of ALPC owns the company that they are borrowing money from, I could only take my sell order off. Even though this is a scam of two shells feeding each other, it will eventually have a run of 200-500% just because the directors will need to make it go up to make money themselves.
