Well with this new preferred shareholder that came out of the woodwork and wasn't mentioned in the Q3 and dumped an additional 300 million into the float, I wonder if it's possible that Matt is selling shares indirectly and lining his pockets. Unfortunately, we cannot verify this.

It's interesting that it took me to confirm the newly added 300 million shares with the TA which forced Matt to address it on twitter.

Funny that in his email reply to a shareholder, he refuses to discuss it. I wonder why.

So, with all his share reduction tweets for months, he's actually maxed out the o/s. Amazing.

Did he not think we would find out? Are you hiding something Matt? Are you scamming shareholders?
