Bloomberg, $664 RX is retail price, not wholesale. That is probably what the pharmacy charged the patient. I divided one weeks sales of $424,120 by 639 prescriptions, which comes to around $664 per prescription.

MNK probably gets closer to $80 per RX at wholesale price. AstraZeneca posted Vermont AWP pricing for generic SeroquelXR. For 60 tablets, pricing is around $50 to $80 and is about $1.25 per pill. Price per pill used to be around $7 to $15 when Par Pharma had 180-day exclusivity back in January 2017. Vermont AWP is from September 2017.

If we estimate 650 prescriptions a week, that would be 8,450 prescriptions in 13 weeks. At $80 per RX, that would be around $676,000 for a quarter for MNK.
