Regarding forward looking statements I am not sure how many times posters on this board have explained that this is a standard disclaimer that every single public company uses.

I am not sure how many times I've stated that I, personally, don't care that "everyone else does it". That is my prerogative.

Regardless, there's no way Apple or GE or Exxon or any other real, respectable company needs 20 percent of a webcast to read through it's forward-looking statements disclaimer. And they surely don't take advantage of it the way CCTI management has over the years.

The bottom line is the disclaimer gives management a license to lie. And this company's history suggests strongly that it has been used that way repeatedly.
