I will share I received a private message today that gave me some further information about VPOR before I was a MOD here. I honestly can't confirm what was stated but the information passed to me was:

A toxic loan Dror made when he was CEO at VPOR was paid in full. The loan shark person still wasn't happy after the term and still sued VPOR even though the loan was paid. The shark was mad they didn't make enough return on the loan... They sued VPOR and still managed to win the case...

I don't know how that is even possible, but VPOR did get sued and issued shares as settlement. With that said Dror is getting his balls busted for a loan he paid in full. That is not fair. He paid it. I don't understand the lawsuit, but if Dror paid it off he is clear in my book and I will stay my hand for not knowing the whole story.

Dror Svorai: If the information provided is accurate, no one should be barking up your tree. You have my apology.
