Chip Bottone on the 9/17 Conference Call said the LIPA 40MW deal with the PPA contracts include REC's-with various revenue streams and better margins-even excluding ITC's...getting the tax credits would just make it better.

That coupled with the new tax legislation that will allow companies to deduct 100% of the cost of a capital project from their taxes in the first year puts FCEL in a good position.
