Agree. When you break it down, K has been very successful. Safety is something no other P53 drug has been able to show consistently while proving activation or modulation....whatever it's called. I did research years ago on nutlins and how much money was thrown into it and safety continued to be its downfall....

I'm hopeful the lid on K is tight for some reason other than extremely slow recruitment. Leo surprise us for once Sir! Out of left field, surprise us with complete remission and continued dosing per FDA for the patients that recruited 10 months ago.

Let's shake it up!!!!!!
