I don't think you have anything to be concerned of. What that was is the Microsoft Compatability Assistant keeping record of executable files. It's part of the operating system and helps programs run properly even if they weren't originally coded and compiled on your brand of Windows.
For example I simply moved my plusonecoin folder from my downloads folder to my desktop and ran a registry cleaner to see what happened. Sure enough it said it didn't see the program there anymore.

This is probably what you saw it's nothing really. Then I re-ran the cleaner after moving the folder back to my downloads and there was no more cleaner message. Not a tracker no cookie no telemetry nobody's watching just how the operating system works.
