Will be very interesting to see how cdch distributions to mdmn shareholders will be handled by the various brokerages. Will it be as expensive and complicated as the last "stock dividend." How will mdmn cert holders be handled? Will they even be issued their share of the cdch stock? If cdch certs are issued, it won't possible to place them in a brokerage account.
