Update...

On Monday 12/18 Semcon and Huawei have their last pre-trial conference. The sticking point appears to be when infringement starts. Semcon argues it started when the patent was granted and Huawei argues infringement started when they were noticed by the lawsuit.

Once this matter is resolved pre or during trial it will be a guideline for the rest of the cases and hopefully settlements to follow shortly.

I wonder where TI settlement landed in terms of when infringement started?

Lastly, over the last one and a half plus years (601 days) over 500 docket entries were sent to the court. I'm hoping that all the leg work will bring speedier settlements for new suits in 2018.

Hopefully Quest will have the cash to push more suits (Mariner, IC and new patents), and promote the company (news, website, articles) and bring in a market maker to push the stock...
