Interesting, they are taking shares at $1.45 but the October 2017 SEC filing showed 51,000 shares sold by the company at $1.00 per share. This to me means management must still have confidence in the long term outcome, otherwise why not take these new shares at the same $1.00 per share price from just 3 months ago?
