Based on my experiences with a Windows computer only, the programs are stand alone without any installers. So to remove them from the system all you do is delete them. You could copy them to a usb drive and run them from that device on any machine really, or copy the programs in a directory to the desktop or somewhere else. You just would have to instruct your firewall/antivirus/malware protection to treat it as a safe item to run if asked or required on the new computer.
