The judge could have demolished UR case even more but he did not even have to! Snicker. My bolding below. Appeal is automatic and does have to be heard but you have no chance of winning now. The appeals court already stated in their ruling that their own minor modification of the claims construction would not change the outcome of the case. They will not treat UR appeal favorably.


"Summary judgment for the defendants is appropriate, and there's no need to discuss whether the accused oscillators are "fixed by any external crystal," although it seems likely that TPL would lose on that question as well. Tech. Props. Ltd., 849 F.3d at 1360.
