It's normal to see a Canadian company who originally listed TSX join OTC AKA America to.help raise MONEY it's rare to see an established USA LISTED COMPANY LIST TSX UNLESS THEY NEED MORE MONEY WHICH IT WOULD SEEM THIS COMPANY NEEDS IT SINXE THEY FAILED THIS PAST YEAR TO ESTABLISH A REVENUE SOURCE
