Seriously? On one hand you have a CEO that consistently cares enough to respond to negative YELP reviews. Seriously, whether its about a freakin cookie or whatever - he does respond which shows a sense of some level of compassion and caring.
If so, I have a mission for you:
Leave a Yelp review that starts off with "I took my kid to GnH the other night. Had a great time & loved the concept so I looked into investing into the company".
From here the options are endless. "I can't understand why nobody will finance them... Why won't Jillian pony up a couple million to invest... Why haven't they opened any new stores", etc, etc.
