SNMN - Business Law 101: Contracts create obligations for each party.
Clearly, Troy did not meet his obligations.
Contract becomes voidable.
Simple.
Case.........closed.
Naughty Girls has moved on.
Stockholders will move on too....imo. Not because we are losing out on the Donut shop and future franchises.......But it's the way Troy is over-the-top and lies about everything. And, hides everything.
How much money did we give Naughty Girls? Did we give them everything we agreed to? Apparently not. They have moved on.
