No matter how many times Wayne says the same old lies, they don't become true by repetition.

UNGS, nor Wayne, is a member of FINRA and cannot submit a 15c2-11 to FINRA.

So I guess Wayne is going to pay himself another $600K plus for the AMDAQ spinoff too? Three of four of these a year and Wayne might be able to maintain his lifestyle taken from the shareholders.
