Oil States is a complete toss up.
Will be a 5-4 decision, but which way,
nobody knows, and I wouldn't bet money on either side.
My own opinion is we end up with more of some middle ground
than an outright affirmation or destruction of IPR's.
Doubt we see anything till May or more likely June.

Wifi one decision- 10 months would put it at March, en banc rulings do take a little longer, and I would assume we end up with it being a pretty
splintered decision .
