I didn't misread it. Any reference to 200 units being SOLD was a false premise not stated anywhere. They didn't even sell the unit to the raceway! ZERO in revenue since inception. Explain how they can claim all these backordered sales and huge worldwide demand when they have been advertising units for sale since June and haven't sold a single one!

Ian Strachan must have found out he was lied to. Someone here said they had a contact at Fogo Island that was going to let them know as soon as the unit was installed. No word yet and this is not the time of year to cure a concrete pad in Canada. WindSun Energy must have wised-up, also, as the 10-K states they have no distributors. WindSun was their only distributor. They were advertising WindCutters for sale since June and have ZERO revenue. What's wrong with that picture?

Nothing gets around the fact they are almost out of shares to sell and at less than half a penny (.0066 X .72 = .004752) per share they can't raise enough cash to pay their debt and will go under soon.

Their 10-K clearly states over and over that you will lose your entire investment if they are not able to raise more cash. Duh.
