I figured it out. On 9/14/17 $MRNS did a special share offering, selling about 10mm shares at $3.75 with a 3 month lockout. That lockout expired yesterday. What we saw today was profit taking coming off that expiration. This is a HUGE buying opportunity on this stock. This should be a very short term technical washout...a gift from the Gods, so to speak.
