Well there are 9 more trading days left in 2017, and TRTC has destroyed its shareholders for the 2nd year in a row.
I still believe they will rally the stock up to .30s by year end for metrics purposes, and then methodically go back to their plan of diluting and toxic fins for pennies on the dollar.
It is clear once the well dries up and they take all the crumbs off the table ---> They will use the next finance tool to reset the whole greedy game----> Reverse Split.
It makes sense why they are selling all their common shares, because once they are all gone, They can reverse split and clean all the books up for the bigger investors to see ---> Then gift themselves millions of shares at the new higher rate.
It makes sense why they are competing with us ( their shareholders) for every penny on the table.
They sell Before -> During--> and After-> every news story they methodically post out to the public.
It is bad enough we get slapped in the face for supporting this company for so long, but to have them undermine us at every turn is just f...ed up. It is hard enough to deal with all the regular people manipulating the pps, but to be competing with our own insiders for almost 3 years is criminal.
I guess when the pps goes to .30's all of you will be happy for your little gains, and thats fine. But for all the people that supported Derek Peterson since the picks and axes days...well this has been a disappointing ride to say the least.

I mean the list of shady activity could go on and on....the alledged shadow companies being expensed out services that are partially owned by people in the company or their relatives...
Paying countless millions of dollars for a business and not owning the land????? but paying rent on it monthy? to guess who?????

And don't think a reverse split that takes the pps from .25 to 2.50 is a great thing. It screws all of us long time share holders over big time.
For instance if you had 100,000 shares at .25 and they did a 1 to 10 rs = a measly $25,000
And the pps usually goes down and settles after a rs.
If they were honest people and ran a clean business and the pps worked to $1
( meaning stop diluting and taking money just because you can and stop giving away our shares for pennies) ----> the profit of 100,000 x $1 pps = $100,000 and counting.
We could have all taken the ride up together....but they are greedy ...karma will get them one way or another....i hope it strikes hard on their immediate family....They have destroyed a lot of lives.
You can't go through life using every dirty trick and tool in the game to get ahead to screw honest hard working people. Isn't that the governments job ? lol i regress
