You can download a finished version of the above program for $10. They even give you instructions to help you build the program for free (but I would not advise that unless you have at least a little experience in programming). I have a lot of programming experience, so I programmed this thing up and made some modifications, but I never use it. It was fun for me to do that anyway. Your broker probably already has that sort of thing, so you don't need to mess with it.

Last but not least: ask questions. Somebody will likely answer. If not ... internet searches generally turn over a lot of stones and it's surprising what crawls or slithers out.
