WRONG...Please point out in the article where they said they WONT be Merging into this ticker. In fact, it implied they will be, just that they have not communicated it YET. Hence the filings. Once they are fully set, with all legal processes complete, the Merger will be announced.

Heres the article again. Please provide anywhere where it states, THEY WONT BE MERGING into their ticker. Any one place is all that is needed.

They specify about the CE on the stock. But thats expected and why it was a shell to allow them to even obtain, in the first place. Duh...
