I could be wrong if I am correct me but wasn't it tom the made the payments to pay tca off as tca made him the generator of the credit line. from my understanding of this he used about a 1/2 mil of his own money to pay tca off to satisfy the settlement agreement with tca . then the company used the diluted shares to pay him back. to my understanding that with tca there was no dilution but once tca was paid the dilution started as to regain capital. jmo and understanding like I said you can correct me if I am wrong
