1 IPR Invalidation and its all over before it even starts. The Markman Hearing claims work the same way. One bad definition and its impossible to get it back. I'm all for growth but you have to earn it in the Patent World. No way $500 million in cap has been earned here. No way.

Sadly, unless they are in court in the Eastern District of Texas (possibly a handful of others) that sentence might as well read “the challenged patents await invalidity findings in U.S. district court under the Alice standard”. In our pay to play world the big boys rarely lose, much less twice.
