I am a veteran of buying/selling penny stocks. I know how they work. I know how they rely on dilution to raise cash to pay the bills. Often those bills are high snr mgmt salaries, bonuses, stock options, etc. We (the SH) are very, very, very low priority in their grand scheme of things. They NEED us to pay their big, fat incomes, so they often will say anything to keep us interested. We must do the proper DD. And that does NOT mean letting them suck us into their propaganda.
