Ummm...yeah...the IP thingy...OWCP is loaded to the gills with IP and will likely add more as they continue to do their awesome, bleeding edge cannabis research.

As for "patents," I think it has been well established that taking initial steps such as applications, or the innovation route in AU, protects the IP as long as follow up steps are taken.

OWC has been diligently managing their IP portfolio.
