Actually they have completed it and announced it in the filing and the presentation. But I think you are looking for a PR which is coming as they just got current today. Patience. This is actually moving fast for an RM compared to othe RS that take years or are just twitter pump and dumps by POS CEO's. This is a legit co that has been in business for years and has a company value of over $25M USD.
