That's probably worthy of me using the caps button then asking BB to sticky it cause I don't think many people are aware of that rule.

But as Rule 144 states when the company's shell status changed, no conversions can take place until 1 year after that date.....

Meaning in addition to this looking oversold in both chart and fundamental terms, it's even more so (imo) given that FACT
