Good for you. JMO , but , I think you will be very happy you are doing that.
It seems to me that a lot of folks are in a rush to get shares without thinking what will happen over the next six months or so that will boost the pps considerably...IMO.
We have the name change pending ---
In Jan., we will begin to get MONTHLY reports from both companies.
In or around the first of Mar. we will have financials for the final qtr. of 17.
In or around the end of June we will have the 1st qtr financials for 18. These to me will be the huge uplift for the pps.

Now, that said...IMO...we all have opportunity to gather our funds and pull the trigger any time between now and that point.
Naturally, the pps will be lower the sooner you buy, but, IMO cheapies will be available until factual , verifiable , documentation happens that is audited. Pretty sure we will be there by then.
