No but BITCF also has had a cease trade order in effect with British Columbia/Canada since 2014 but hasnt remedied that problem either. The recent SEC suspension probably had to do with the previous share exchange agreement between Grand Pacaraima Gold and Modern Energy Corp which was also suspended.
Lawyers and accountants will have their hands full and brings to mind how BITCF is going to pay for all this high priced help with only $4,000.00 in the bank. Unless maybe they accept some form of crypto currency instead!
