Hate to admit it but HAON is playing the game right. It would be different if they did not have that debt obligation to disperse with. It requires payment in shares and the amount of debt can obtain a slew of newly issued shares...AND those shares must be sold to reduce the debt dollar for dollar!

They are managing to do just that without dipping into those terrible 1s. That we can be thankful for. Boost retail interest via a puffy PR...boom, sales of new issues guaranteed. Manage inherent value mood by delaying new issue when slow. Let the build up of 2s occur thinking by peeps that maybe the dilution has stopped...boom, sell new shares to those bidders at 2!

On and on.
