Just guessing that Jan has thought the Master Plan approval was imminent and that was going to be part of the announcement last/this week. He then decided he should give us something but I am expecting/hoping that we will have the MP approval as well as the name of the new architectural firm and finalized contract in his next announcement concerning Cielo Mar. I know he has mentioned he expected it completed later this year and there aren't too many days left.
