I would like to respectfully push back some on the posts that say or hope management will do what is good for investors.

Management will do what is best for themselves especially in small cap stocks. They did not start the company for investors. They started it for themselves and they will rigorously do what is best for them. If that means it is at the expense of the shareholders then so be it.

Some start a company that has at its core a plan to cheat investors. Kurt will do for investors if it makes him money if not he will not.

As far as some saying that he will have to meet his creator or the like I would say he probably doesn't care. In fact there is a quote I will paraphrase: I prayed to God for a year asking for a bicycle and never got one so I decided that it was easier to steal one then pray for forgiveness.
