Yes, the mega-hotel/casino/waterslide/theme park/golf resort main hotel will be 8,589,500 sq ft and have 6300 guest rooms, 225 VIP suites, and a bunkhouse area with 12,500 bunks.

There will also be a 115,000 seat stadium with a closable roof to host Bigfoot CONcerts and cricket matches, with the occasional monster truck demo derby and religious festival.

The real attraction will be the pennyslots; pennyvestors cannot resist pennygmbling of any sort. They love to lose in the pennies.
