I am not sure who is doing the selling or if it is shorting but I do know the chart shows that this could be the 7th consecutive red day, which is misleading as many of those days much of the volume has been green only to have a last second sell make the chart look bad. So accumulation has been big and it is now way oversold.
I also know that if you ask a PR investing guy what is going on he will ALWAYS say that someone is shorting the stock. I have seen it happen many times and even a few with CRTC. Honestly, I would be surprised if there is ever a burst of buying back from shorts covering as it almost never happens. People will either capitulate and allow the stock to fall or this was never really shorting in the first place.
Here's hoping that it is shorting and they will have to buy back to strong investors...
