The problem with your argument is that if the sky was truly falling or has fell and there is no company as is claimed, but there are no shorts, the argument argues against itself.

I dont care at this point. I dont even own shares currently but when I see claims of the sky falling but see a stable SP over time and claims there are no shorts, I can't reconcile all these conflicting viewpoints and data.
