Red Flags galore:

Share Price is at 1/5th of a penny,was at .008 over the Summer.

OS is closing in on 8 Billion Shares, RS seems inevitable even though Tom "Does not want one". Such a vague statement covering all the bases.

Each 8-k hurts the share price due to the fact that no revenues are ever mentioned. Tom's 8-k's resemble many of the other pinks , Alliances with no real contracts. Also Alliances with other no revenue pinks = $0.00.

I am sure the smart ones can add much more to this list!

I once owned 50 million shares with very high hopes ,made some money now watching to see how this mess turns out, may even get back in.
