Apparently the warrants created more shares in the market. This is why the stock went down. Heres the email i sent and got back from the CEO:

Thank you for your email. I believe what you are referring to is the warrant exercise process. When warrants are exercised, the share outstanding count does increase. The warrant exercise process does bring more cash into the company, and in that way is beneficial.
