PENNIES- with your excellent question on $UNVC

It is my opinion - that the most important thing for $UNVC -was the decision by AGRiMED to announce its partnership for product and pharmaceutical development and to name $UNVC CEO Dr. Dalton to the AGRiMED board of directors.

It would behoove the company - AGRIMED - to secure their license first on or around 12/20/17- thereby paving the way for potentially needed infrastructure to go public. Since the shell is already run by Dalton- then yes- with the recent filings in Florida and South Carolina - I would suspect these entities may find a way for an easier transition into merger.

Important to note - IMO- THIS IS A FAVORABLE FORM OF a reverse merger. Called a HORIZONTAL Merger .

Horizontal Merger

A merger occurring between companies in the same industry. Horizontal merger is a business consolidation that occurs between firms who operate in the same space, often as competitors offering the same good or service. Horizontal mergers are common in industries with fewer firms, as competition tends to be higher and the synergies and potential gains in market share are much greater for merging firms in such an industry.

Product Extension Mergers

A product extension merger takes place between two business organizations that deal in products that are related to each other and operate in the same market. The product extension merger allows the merging companies to group together their products and get access to a bigger set of consumers. This ensures that they earn higher profits.

- it's not necessary with this structure and thry can use integrated instead - since the industries are the same.
