49 patients in the trial now seems very good news. 49/80 patients enrolled as of Dec 4th. My guess is that most of the remaining 31 patients are HER2 exon 20 mutations, because this group started later than the EGFR group. I hope they are able to enroll all remaining patients by end of first half of 2018 and the SPPI trial doesn't cannibalize the MD Anderson trial regarding recruitment.
