Could it be that the previous BOD were stretched thin in their duties.

Why does it now take 7 BOD to just run AVID whereas 3 BOD ran AVID and the build out of the IP potential, albeit poorly done.

Something doesn't make sense with respect to the increase in BOD while their responsibility are shrinking.
