IMO You're barking up the wrong tree...
It's not about a couple of lumber yards anymore.
Think outside the box. This is pinkyville.
It's all about speculation. If we could prove the
existence of the JV with Emaar, the pro-forma, etc.
we wouldn't be able to buy any stock for less than a buck.
Risk/Reward here still looks mighty good to me.
