I highly doubt Alex himself is selling his shares (cant say for sure but I doubt it) however, I don't know of any notes due, so it has to be the company selling shares for that debt settlement, or to raise funds for the boxers or other socks going into production.

They really need to get the socks on Amazon, anyone have any experience in manufacturing? How long does it take to set up supply lines and production lines? They should be heavily advertising and get them on more markets that just the Hygieia website.
