Yes, they need a reverse split. Didn't you mention Nasdaq? Well, they will need a huge reverse split to qualify, but they may not have the market cap to do it. And why would they even bother? It costs so much money to stay listed and do the audits that it doesn't make sense for a company that loses so much money each quarter.

With their convertible notes, it will be pretty hard to lock-in their profit at $0.0001, so the company may not have much access to capital needed to stay afloat.
