It was about GRDO - shell hijackers go after companies that have been revoked usually in Nevada.

GRDO has been Revoked by the Nevada SOS and a company tried to hijack it - meaning they filed documents with the Court for Guardianship of the company. Just a FYI - Schaefer still hasn't filed the annual officer report so it is still revoked.

After they are named guardian - they name a director that appoints a CEO etc.

Schaefer contested the Motion for the company to be named the guardian - stating business was being conducted and the company wasn't abandoned and was successful.

Those on the GRDO board tried to make it a much bigger deal but it wasn't.
