REVIEW OF THE AUDIO OF SHAREHOLDER MEETING AND EXPECTATIONS FOR 2018

There were some excellent questions and one shareholder was very adept at cross-examining Anil and Gene.

However, no one landed any knockout punches. In fact, from my perspective, there weren't even any knockdowns. Both Gene and Anil were effective at parrying anything that anyone was able to throw at them.

My three predictions for 2018:

1) The company will not successful at raising new funds and will thus close up shop.

2) There will be no investor lawsuits that get past 1st base. I doubt any will even be initiated.

3) There will be no SEC actions.
