Judging by my messages -- you're not alone in your sentiments. That's why they need to come out and say what that ratio is or the scenario you described is spot on.

They really dropped the ball here by issuing that PR in the other ticker, and already lost quite a few investors today by making it appear that's where their priorities are before VPOR -- and here is where all the debt is being converted.

This is a fluid situation and will likely reshape a dozen times before it's over, but they need to be crystal clear. I don't have a defense for the company because the sentiment seems to be unanimous.

I really have my fingers crossed that they will come through with that ratio by tomorrow.
