New Media and the Emerging Cannabis Space, today announced that it has nearly completed more than two years of financial statements and other related documents necessary to complete its listing upgrade to pink current status on OTC Markets.

Today UCL is finishing its financial statements and initial disclosure document as required by OTC Markets in order to complete the upgrade of its stock listing to pink current information status. UCL expects to be able to file these documents, pending legal review, in the next week or so. At such time UCL will immediately reschedule its shareholder conference call to review its current projects and ventures as summarized below:

Block Chain Project - UCL is currently is the process of designing and building a personal health records (PHR) block chain based business. The new platform will enable patients to gain control over their personal health records as well as who sees them, and how they are used. Expected beta launch for this project is Q1 2018.
